Lydia Rodarte-Quayle is a former associate of Gus Fring who works for Madrigal Electromotive GmbH. She is also a single mother, raising a young daughter.
Season 5
After attending a meeting between Madrigal's board of directors and the DEA, Lydia met with Mike inside a diner. She requested that he personally eliminate most of the remaining people with links to Gus. He refused, leaving her helpless and panic-stricken. Unbeknownst to Mike, Lydia had hedged her bets beforehand by making the same pitch to another man, Chris, who Mike eventually executed.
At her home in Houston, after returning from work to where her daughter and hired nanny were waiting, Lydia was quietly ambushed by Mike. He prepared to kill her for mandating the deaths of Chris and Chow. Lydia pleaded for him not to make her body disappear, worrying that it would cause her daughter to believe herself abandoned. Her life was spared at the last second when Mike cut her a deal: she must use her resources to supply him with methylamine. ("Madrigal")

Added by Ohmyn0After she provides Walt, Mike, and Jesse with the first (free) shipment of methylamine she is visited by the DEA and Hank in Madrigal Electromotive's Houston office. She leads them to her contact in the warehouse Ron Forenall who is arrested. Frightened, Lydia calls Mike who informs her that he will send another contact. The next evening, Jesse arrived. A hesitant Lydia shows him the barrel and notices a GPS tracker on the bottom of the barrel.
Back in Albuquerque Mike believes Lydia placed the GPS device as an escape route from their business. Jesse disputes this in spite of Mike being utterly convinced as he is readying to go kill her. Jesse calls a vote but Walt says that production must not stop, earning Lydia (yet another) stay of execution. ("Fifty-One")

Added by Ohmyn0At a coffee shop, Lydia refuses to give Walt the names of Gus' ten former henchmen until she knows Walt is on her side. He agrees to go in with her on a business deal of sending Blue Sky to the Czech Republic and she gives him the names. She uses her resources at Madrigal to run an efficient system for three months, for a 30% stake until Walt bowed out. ("Gliding Over All")
