Jacob "Jake" Pinkman is Jesse's little brother and the son of Mr. & Mrs. Pinkman. He is academically successful, and also takes interest in music. Although Jesse thinks he is the favorite son, he disagrees stating that all their parents ever talk about is Jesse.

When Jesse was staying at his parents' home, the house maid found a joint of marijuana in the lamp beside the bed Jesse was sleeping on. The Mr. and Mrs. Pinkman assume it was Jesse's, however it was actually Jake's. Jesse takes the blame for Jake, but when Jake asks for the joint back, Jesse stomps on it to prevent his brother from smoking it and claims it was skunk weed.("Cancer Man")

• Fans sometimes assume Petry also portrayed Drew Sharp in Season 5 because of the fact they look alike, but he did not.
